What happens when a geography teacher becomes a balloon artist...
Balloon Twisting Class
In August, I taught my first balloon twisting class. Students learned to make lots of fun animals and hats.
Students were very focused learners.
One favorite was the penguin, which students could adapt to make their own.
We learned the monkey climbing the palm tree.
Flowers, ladybugs, hats...
And many more!
Some students experimented, like with the grapes here.
They got to make up their own kooky designs.
In the end, Ravi was pleased with his work!

On the way back after class, students had more
balloons than they could carry in their hands!
